Returns

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please:

  2. Wait for approval and instructions from our team before sending your item back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), in which case we will cover the cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Order Cancellations
